A Message to our Customers
For the last twenty years, SecurityMetrics’ mission has been to help customers close security gaps and prevent data compromise. With the upheaval and uncertainty many are experiencing around the world during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are more committed than ever to our mission. Our security experts, support team, and sales departments stand ready to help with any needs you may have.
We know our partners and customers depend on our products and services to protect their businesses all the time, and especially during a crisis. We do not expect any delays in security products and services. While some modifications have been made to avoid unnecessary travel, SecurityMetrics’ business is expected to proceed as usual.
As a corporation, we are proactively taking every precaution to protect both employees and customers. We are closely monitoring the ongoing recommendations from the CDC and will vigilantly follow and enforce them at our facilities. We have also made arrangements for and are supporting all employees who can to work remotely for the time being. Sadly, Cybercriminals will use any vector they can–including fear. We have seen an increase in the incidence of COVID-19-related cyberattacks and scams. We want our customers to be aware and better prepared to avoid such attacks. This article gives examples of these scams and is a great resource to share with your employees.
