How Till Payments Helped Transition Their Merchants Over to PCI v4 Early

So, I actually requested that we start our program early on February 1st with the 4.0 standard. We had notified all of our partners and merchants to advise them that beginning February 1st, they would have to start validating against 4.0.”

4.0. Once we made the announcement and told everybody that they were going to have to do it, we haven’t received any escalations saying, ‘this is too difficult. I am stuck here. I can’t move on.’
I know we’re gearing up for future data requirements in 2025 and hopefully, we can make 2025 as seamless of a transition. But, we are feeling pretty good about the updates to our portal, and grateful it hasn’t been that big of a deal for our merchants. Even though version 4.0 sounds scary, it doesn’t need to be scary.”
